Iron Heart Products - What do you think we should make?

i dunno if i can ever see IH doing this, but i've been quite obsessed with buckleback/30's styled cuts for the past year. it would be AWESOME to get something like this in 21 oz (so i don't have to waste my money on a pair of LVC 1937s…)

Hey, I have an idea. It seems to me that one of the simplest yet most effective changes made to the IH shirts in the last year is the more widespread use of black snaps. It's such a subtle change but really makes a big difference in the overall tone of a shirt. With this in mind I'd be interested to see the IHSH-21 and 35 produced with a darker colored button and perhaps darker stitching thread. A blue that matched or was a shade darker than the shirt for the buttons. And a for the thread maybe the same blue as the buttons or the blue grey used in the IHSH-34. Sometimes white buttons just feel goofy and, at this point in menswear, a little cliche to me. I think these changes might give these shirts a darker and potentially more menacing tone.

wearing my IHSH17 in the snow and cold weather alot lately has made me wish it had hand warmer pockets like the IHW01.

How's about a midrise, fuller thigh, carrot cut in 21oz ala the Samurai 0500 or Oni blue? Would be an awesome cut for us fuller thighed gents where the BBs were too slim and didn't want a too big waist.
I think there is a 55 cut inbound, not sure how the taper/hem is on those however. I'm interested in a cut like this too.

Yup, I already have my target set on the 55 when it comes out. It will be a must buy. I know the details haven't been released but I would think the 55 will be stovepipe leg without any taper. It probably will be a higher rise as well. What I was referring to was a cut in between the 55 and a slim taper like the BBs if that makes sense. More of a mid/high rise (more mid) with a slimish thigh and taper below the knees.

IMO, black buttons and stealth details are welcome in my book. But I would still like lighter color snaps on certain shirts, I guess it just depends. Like the IHSH-27, I like with white snaps (this is second item on my IH shopping list for this year). I think big picture wise it depends on the shirt colorway, I just wanted to state that not all shirts should have the black snaps.

This sounds promising….or should I say something I'd go for also? Meanwhile I think I'll be getting me 634S's

I rather like the arc on the original SEXIH - how it starts the same going from left to right on each back pocket. It would be cool to borrow that idea combine it with the current arc design on a future model.
something like this…
I have amazing MS Paint skills btw

love this idea.

this is what they HI have now but the right pocket is mirrored. no?

i'm still waiting on an ih loopwheeler crewneck with pockets (left side chest and side hand pockets).
- 1 I'd buy one of those in a flash!
-
exactly, Jimmy.. sorry if I didn't explain to well!
edit: also a blue warp/black weft denim would be sweet!

Last time I spoke to Haraki, he had not found a factory that can make loop wheeled fabric thick enough for him to be happy to put the Iron Heart moniker on it….
He is still looking....
