Cause + Effect Stealth Belt:
Top dyed black leather with a painted, hand-forged brass buckle. Much lighter than my other belts, but a nice change of pace.

New 12oz Harness Belt by Don't Mourn Organize
After one week of wear and oiling with sedgwick leatherfeed
Will post more updates when the color changes significantly next few months. Trying to get it evolve into bright orange caramel patina instead of dark brown.

Nice belt sir! Sunlight & general use will help the patina process. You can also treat it with a few coats of virgin olive oil (old saddlery shop trick). I did this with my wallet and it worked wonderfully. I'll see if I can find before/now pics…

Any recommendations for places to get a natural leather belt in the U.K. / Europe. Don't want to spend a fortune. Cheers

Check out hubb_leather on Instagram. He's in Manchester and does custom orders. Tidy work at a reasonable price.

@spitfiredealer, I like Tender's belts, but they're about twice the price of the Rivet and Hide ones. The Tender Stores and Trestle Shop are good places to start. I particularly like this two tone model.
You can sometimes find them on sale, but I don't know who stocks Tender in the UK these days.
Equus Leather make really leathergoods. I've got a couple of belts off them as Christmas presents for my father.
They have a natural belt, made from Bakers of Colyton leather, which is the last Oak bark tannery in Britain. Prices start at £84, but go up depending on what options you select.
If you keep an eye on their Facebook page, there are often discount codes. There's also a belt sale section on their website.
A few people have suggested Terry Dear on other forums. I haven't seen his wares in person, though.

Nice belt @Anesthetist. Why do I always end up coveting your stuff?
I've seen Cause and Effect's wares around, and Lodge Goods have a few on sale at present. I particularly like the painted designs.

Don't feel you need to get sucked into paying a lot for a belt, mate. One of my best friends is a leather worker in the film industry and he could make some of the belts I see on this thread in about thirty minutes. I've made a few myself and we are constantly staggered at what people will pay for a strip of hide and a buckle that has zero tooling or stitching.

The best natural leather is made of Devon Oak Bark Tanned Leather. Check equus brand

Very beautiful and uniform patina! Thanks for the virgin olive oil tip but I still have like an unopened tub of 500ml sedgwick leatherfeed
What brand is your wallet? Was your lanyard initially natural color too?

Thanks for all the suggestions guys.
My last one was a Corter which are dam good for the money. But it's too big now even with extra holes punched in.

You can learn a lot from indigoshrimp blog regarding veg tanned leather belt. He recommends oak bark tanned leather and saddle/skirting leather for the hardcore people haha
