@spitfiredealer I used dylon purchased from supermarket.
Pop item in machine on a 40 degree's C wash then dry away from direct heat and sunlight.
I skip the step to wash the item after dying.

I think I´ll dye a white loopwheel tee, could look nice because the white threads should stay white because they are polycotton (I think…) @Giles Is that correct?

My 301BKs are in serious need of repair. This includes the crotch, pockets, and a few other areas as well. Does anyone know of any places that do darning in Europe besides Melvin Rakers in Groningen? Does IH still offer to send jeans to Japan?
I know that Self Edge does darning but they only accept walk-ins. Due to a screw up beyond my control, I wasn't able to bring them with me when I was in the US over Christmas.

@Filthy25ozJunkie:
I blew the button off my Beatle Busters. (Giles was right! I shouldn't have sized down!) So I made a sew-on button out an old copper penny, and affixed it with some Kevlar. It turned out really great. I made the holes in the penny using a center punch, and hammered out the penny making it concave using a ball-pin hammer as a die and a 9 pound hammer. It took 2 blows over a piece of soft pine to make the right shape. I might like this better than the regular button.@Mustafa911 see, sizing 25oz down is not a great idea. They will be agonizing to wear and you'll probably blow the button off like I did. An inch of stretch is expected and desirable as far as I am concerned.

nice I was sad I missed that Mister Freedom shirt. It reminded me of my Grandpap. Why did you take those off?

Hey @Giles is this something I can trust a local tailor with or would you recommend that I send it somewhere like Indigo Proof or Railcar?

JD.
I have had several IH and non-IH shirts shortened, after they've been washed. Because I don't ride motorcycles anymore, I like to have them shortened so the back just sits below the top of the back pockets. I take them to my tailor, tell him how much I want the shirt shortened at the back. I have the front & back the same length. No problem.
I have a FH shirt that is sits just perfect for me lengthwise, it's a 26.5" back length, & I use this measurement for any shirts I want shortened.
