While I had my sights set on one or two more items from the Anni collection, one piece I have always regretted getting rid of was my Ranch Blouse. I had one from the original run and was sized fairly small, so when I gained a lot of weight last year, it just sat there reminding me of my laziness, so I got rid of it.
When my opportunity to grab one in my size came about, I jumped on it and am very happy with the results.
This is the Lot 64 version. The denim is lighter than on my original one, but the sleeves, shoulders and body length are much more practically proportioned (at least in me)than my old one. Plus, I can button it up over an UHF - always a plus.
Anyways… here's the fit:
And some detail shots:
And my favorite - the wabash under the collar:
Hope everyone is getting excited about the holidays. Wishing you and your loved ones the best,
Adam

Now there is an excuse to have two. I like it with the dip after the creases from wear have already set in.

Hi everyone,
I'm considering this shirt, but am wondering on sizing. How much does it shrink? I'd say that it would be generally an almost perfect fit as is, but would have a little bit of wiggle room with some shrink in length and a little in the chest.
I guess my concern is the shrink coupled with the dense material might make it not work.
Your thoughts appreciated greatly.
Thanks!

Liberty Issue CPO Shirt 10TH Anniversary CPO Shirt. -
It shrinks about half a size….but it can stretch back out when damp

@QuantumMechanic - I went with my XL, as that's what I wear in Most MFSC shirts, except their Tshirts, which I wear a L. My XL is very roomy which is what I wanted, but I only cold soaked it. Ive heard people got a good amount of shrink with a wash. I plan to give it a machine wash this spring.
I know @summ3rhays sized up on his, maybe he has done the most drastic shrinking to it? What size are you looking for? I think most sizes are present on this forum by owners and we would be happy to post our "post soak" measures. I think @deanclean went with XXL and I bet @Anesthetist went with L. not sure who/if anyone has a M though.

Yeah, I went XXL. I would have bought an XL, but it was sold out, haha. I hot soaked it twice and it's perfect to wear as a shacket. It helps too that I put on some pounds after my divorce was finalized and the holiday hit. I'd be interested in knowing what size you are looking for as well. I really like the shirt and am actually wearing it today.

I actually just picked up this workshirt in XXL and was contemplating moving it along because it's so huge in the arms and long. Right now it looks like a nightshirt on me, which is saying something. You guys are starting to convince me that I should give a hot soak a go, because it is a damn beautifully detailed shirt.

I went with my usual MF large and it fits well after a warmish soak with agitation. I imagine it still has some shrink to it though. I'll try to remember to take some measurements before and after I wash it.

@tvenuto, I've found that all MF shirts are long. I think they are meant to be tucked in.

Thanks @Appfaff @summ3rhays @Anesthetist - I ended up ordering the shirt in a small. I normally wear an IH small (although I could probably do a an extra-small). My intent is to wear it as a shirt and not a shacket.
This is my first MF anything and am looking forward to wearing it. I'll post a pick when I get it which will probably be next week.
Cheers.

Post pics when you get it!

Some early stuff is pretty trim cut, but the sportsman stuff is all fairly oversized. I say throw it in a hot wash and machine dry and see what happens. Length and Arms are where you will see the most shrinkage (if any) anyways.
I have some personal favorites that I have been eyeing for years arriving today from MFSC and Im hoping the sizing works out… I've been buying his stuff for more than half a decade and I still get nervous about the sizing haha.
