Like these, just in natural, not black?
http://www.panhandleleather.com/VIBRAM-700-HOLE-HEEL-SIZE-12-HEEL-VBR700-12.htmPanhandle is a great place, and they might be able to get some. If you want, I can give them a call and ask. They don't ship internationally, but I can toss the heels in an envelope and send them your way. I need to order some stuff from them, so it's no big deal.

Just pulled the trigger on my first pair of wescos (factory seconds). Hope they fit! Will post up pics when they come in.

I went 9 months before doing anything with the veg on my Jobmasters. The leather softens considerably with wear.

hmm okay
i guess im used to over conditioned leather cause every time i get a new pair of boots i lather them in something. also im used to that quick break in of horween CXL.
guess ill give these time and break them in w/o anything

The veg is Wesco's toughest leather to break in. You're probably already feeling how stiff it is. It softens to a great buttery glove like goodness with some persistence though.
how long does the break in take?

Really depends on how often you can wear them, what the style is, etc Can I ask where they're hurting?
it's the boss
i'll try to wear them daily
over the middle of my foot on the vamp area. it's tight and cuts off circulation if i'm standing still.
think cold water treatment would hurt them? That is put them on, stand in a bucket for about five minutes, then walk them dry…

Ultimately it's your boot. I'd avoid soaking them since it's veg and likely going to stretch more than you'd hope. My Warrens I had to take a hammer to in order to burnish down a seam that was biting my foot. So I can empathize with what you're feeling, but from experience would say wear a couple weeks and see if they ease up before getting crazy
