2017 Edition - Iron Heart WAYWT

@adam313 , @Dishelveled , @Giles , @neph93 , Much appreciated.
I've been wearing the 817's a couple of days a week at work, for a bit over 2 years. My work is steamfitting. I get dirty and sweaty. So, they get washed OFTEN. They've probably had around 40 washes, or so. Not the usual whisker/comb/track/stack fades many might look for. Just worn hard. They've been put to work in some well known places, too… Miller Brewery, and the Harley-Davidson engine plant, to name a couple. Currently, I'm working on the new arena for the Milwaukee Bucks.
I couldn't be more pleased with how they've held up, thus far. I don't plan on retiring them anytime soon, either.

@adam313:
Welcome to IHWAYWT @scooter! Thanks for the contribution. The evolution on your pair is awesome, especially considering that hard-to-fade denim. I too wear the carpenter's to work on occasion (814), and I find that the slanted pocket on the right leg is perfect for my iPhone.
Slanted pocket gets my stick rule, or torpedo level. I'd be breaking phones regularly, if I kept it there. Left rear gets the phone.

That makes sense @scooter. I work with cannabis everyday, so the worst it gets is sticky, like my IHSH-25

@scooter Being a Harley rider,seeing the engine plant would be like being inside Santas workshop. Probably not as glamorous as it sounds.I've visited the finishing plant in York,PA a few times and that was unbelievably cool. Went to school in Oshkosh in the 70s(before global warming)and spent some time in Milwaukee. Hope to attend the 115 Harley Anniversary celebration next year.

You are correct… glamorous it is not. But, I did spend several months there. The shine wore off, after awhile. Definitely a must see for any H-D fan, though.
The anniversaries are always a great time. Feel free to hit me up, if you make it. I wouldn't miss a chance to meet other members of the IH Army.
