Yeah buddy. You’re a jacket millionaire righ about now.
-
^i agree - my jacket collection (aside from a missing N1) is rather stacked

Ironic, considering that your climate doesn't exactly encourage wearing jackets.

Leave it to the mod to poop on the parade
Jacket millionaires do what they want.

It’s been 33-45 degrees everyday for the last 6 weeks in LA (lower Alabama) - I’m spending the night in Houston this evening and it feels downright boiling at 52*F

Love that vintage G Wagon
-
Parked in front of a no parking sign of course… 7-9 am only though :). That your whip Adam?
-
Yep - G63 AMG - it was super sharp, most likely owned by one of the young blonde dallas Co-Ed’s doing some post-Christmas shopping.
There are a dime a dozen in DFW. The next day we saw a G65 AMG with the tire case smashed in parked next to us at World of Beer in FW…
Luckily for us, the beer was better than the drivers parking abilities
Sadly not my car. I love G wagons due to their heritage, but they are a bit too opulent for even me. I prefer the GLE63 AMG or the more original
X6M for when I no longer haul around car seats. Oh, and my nearly 20 year old Toyota has been my favorite car I’ve ever owned - and I’ve had a lot of cool stuff over the last half Decade lol [emoji23]Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Christmas was hard this year because it was the first year we were unable to hold it at my grandparents home in Indianapolis.
My grandfather was a pioneering neurosurgeon and they lived in their FLW MMC home for more than 50 years. They passed during my time on the 666SII tour this spring, and the house was sold the day before thanksgiving, so the entire family gathered at my mom And dads in Fort Worth.
During the allocation of the estate, my grandfathers wine collection was dispersed based in taste - my mom got a lot of port as well As the Lynch-Bages and Lafite Rothschilds. We enjoyed this bottle in their memory for holiday dinner
My dad has been collection for about 7 years, but the arrival of the vintage wines from my grandfathers collection encouraged him to turn a part of their basement into a true cellar. Not done yet, but he’s done a great job so far:
Better photo of the lafite
Hope everyone had a very merry holiday.

Bloody AWESOME again Adam.
That beef looks delightful and then quaffed down with a glass of Rothschild

om nom nom nom!
Tasty Christmas. I opted for Venison this year. Turkey is, well, turkey!
-
Many thanks everyone - I had a great holiday.
Instead of driving back 11 hours with two 2 year olds on Friday, we opted to visit our friends in Houston. It made the drive there about 4.5 hours (plus the unavoidable traffic) and only 8 hours home on Saturday. It was a life saver, but we were all ready to get home after a week away.
Some highlights of our stop in Houston
Gifts for “the kids” lol
Avery happy to be home
Yesterday we spent the day cleaning up and clearing some rubbish from 2017.
Still trying to find a place for the xmas haul
Had donuts this morning
I’ve had a nagging cough for a week…
My wife Made a breakfast casserole for the adults
Rocking the ODL
And now getting some work done before it’s back to reality tomorrow
Hope everyone has had a great start to 2018.
Thanks for hanging with me for a few updates this far [emoji41]
