Thanks @organisys - I clay barred it. Hopefully the buyer shows tomorrow. Took about 2 hours before 3 guys all asked to see it. It sat at a “you sell it Lot” for 3 weeks with no calls, so my client was happy to hear the good news, and my wife was happy to hear about the commission lol [emoji13]

Short update on last night. Enjoyed a local Mobile, Alabama IPA, made steaks, and paired with the Prairie “Twist” Dry-Hopped Farmhouse Ale.

Today was kinda atypical for me, but after I dropped the twins off at school, I did a bit of video editing for a new social media project we are doing (FYI, I am NOT a pro lol)
Finished some end of year work for the gym so headed to my tax lady across the bay.
Best thing about being over there is it’s less than a mile away from one of my favorite lunch spots:
Salmon, Red Snapper, And white Tuna sashimi
Chicken in Soy based RamenSome new sneakers came in the mail [emoji109]
Came home and headed to the gym to teach a few classes (how I’ve been wearing the Lefty to work [emoji12])
Came home a bit ago and cracked open a founders
That’s it for me

By the way - i think it would be great if each participant would send a pin, button or the like along with the jacket. So when the tour is over you have some sort of personal mark.

What do you teach at the gym?
I am the co-owner of the first CrossFit branded studio in Baldwin County, Alabama. (Sadly, we are no longer the “only one” lol). I teach general group training as well personal weightlifting (Olympic and powerlifting) clients

@matty123 - ballin, they have some outstanding facilities in Boston - I wish we had the population density to offer larger spaces, but we simply don’t have the people in our area.

I hear ya but you’re doing it man. I bet the work out is just as good at ur place as in that little “town” of Boston… boston and I have issues.

What are those boxes next to the torture bikes?
They are “Jerk Blocks” - essentially if you do 5 sets of Overhead lifts near a max weight, you don’t want to drop the weights on the floor after every two and have to kick it back up and out into a squat rack. It lets you drop it on an elevated surface. They work great and we use them in rehab settings Lot as pulling blocks since they can be split up and lowered, so are great for people with back problems to do movements like deadlifts, snatches and cleans off blocks from a comfortable and pain free starting position

Funnily enough our oldest son and his mates were at home when I came home from work last night. I was wearing an iron heart tee and one of the boys asked if I got the tee shirt free from lifting heavy weights at my gym.
…I planted the seed of Japanese clothing with my explanation of what Iron Heart is..

Last few days have been fun, but busy.
Friday night, my wife had to work late, so the kids and I watched movies and had fried rice and “nachos” (just cheese on top of chips lol)
After the kids went to sleep, I had a martini
I took some photos of the jacket because they had been requested. The OD is crazy On this - so many different shades of black, purple and blue. My wife hardly notices my IH wardrobe, but even she agreed that this is super nice:
Yesterday, we had a rare “twin free” evening and went to a “new to us” restaurant in one of the historic neighborhoods of Mobile. They partner with the local culinary school, so prices are less than other upscale restaurants in the area because they have 2-3 student chefs helping in the kitchen at all times.
I had the “midtown sour”
Crab soup and ceaser
I had the duck and my wife had the pasta
Triple chocolate brownie
