If you ever make it to New Orleans Abita Amber is smoother than ice water. I can drink this stuff by the gallon. It's very malty like a Belgian. But not thick or alcoholic or sweet. Slight hopiness for a brief instant, then that evaoprates into a smooth maltiness. It is pretty great for being as mainstream as it is.

Ron Jeremy used to work at this place I am at now.

Bells Hopslam.
Good, not worth the asking price when there are so many other good IPA/DIPA options. Glad to say I've had it though.
Deschutes Rum BA Abyss.
Super tasty, not sure why people are calling this one a hot mess. I also got the tequila barrel version, looking forward to drinking that one soon too.

I had the tequila one. Pretty solid, and apparently not selling well around here, because HEB has loads.

Stocked up for the game today. Omnipollo Peach Slush IPA & Nebuchadnezzar DIPA. Expectations are high for the beer and the Pats.

Ha thanks. This is really where I want to be when the zombie apacolypse happens

It’s climate controlled and no outside light. It’s an offshoot of theater room so 100% dark without lights. It seems to work out well so far.

I haven’t cracked any of the Noirs but I hear they are amazing, plus Rum. I am obsessed with the whiskey barrel aged stuff right now. A local brewery called Lefty’s has one they just started canning that is amazing. And cheap! A case of them found their way to the bottom shelf!

Couple from last nights game.
I thought CBS was very well balanced. Great IPA as well.
