Hell yeah Adam that looks great! I have it as well and think the weight is perfect. I got the xxxl for the shoulder width and warm washed/dried it and got the bit of shrink I wanted. Great choice it fits like it was made for you! @Appfaff
Approx how much shrink did you get out of the shirt? I just got an XXL from SE since I was afraid the XL would be too small for me in the shoulders and waist… The XXL I have could benefit from a shrink but wasn't sure how much these would shrink up... probably need it to shrink close to a half size... better to keep the XXL or try out XL?

FWIW, I kept the XXL and decided to do a hot wash… shrank enough for me to be happy with it. If it's helpful for anyone else, pre/post measurements below...
Pre — Post
Shoudlers - 20 — 19
Length - 29 — 28.5
P2P - 23.75 —23
Waist - 22.5 — 22.5
Opening - 23.5 — 23
Sleeves - 26 — 25.75
Sleeve Opening - 5 — 4.75Could probably benefit from another really hot wash and tumble to see if i can get a little more shrink out of it...

??? An inch in the shoulders and only 0.25in in the sleeves? This weave is symmetrical and I would expect similar shrinkage in all directions.

I just hot washed again to see if I could get it to shrink more. When I get a chance will post the latest.

I just need some advice, I'd like to order IHSH-172-BLK, But I am just curious about how warm/hot that shirt. Since I end up to sell my IHSH-154 shirt because it was too hot to wore in South East Asia.
Is it too hot to wearing IHSH-172-BLK in tropical/hot climate country in South East Asia such as Singapore or Indonesia? -

Is it too hot to wearing IHSH-172-BLK in tropical/hot climate country in South East Asia such as Singapore or Indonesia?I live in a warmer climate in the southeast US and would say that I probably would not wear this in any "hot" climate… the shirt is breathable due to the waffle fabric but I can't say that it's a particularly cool shirt to wear in hot weather. Of all the IH shirts I own though (several UHF's and some lighter weight flannels and some chambrays), I'd say it's one of the most breathable. I'd say this shirt is most comfortable for me with a light t-shirt underneath when the weather is in the 60's or 70's.
If it helps, my family is from Thailand and I visit there frequently, typically in the winter months... If I were traveling to southeast Asia in December then I probably only would consider wearing this at night time there as I feel it would be too warm to wear during the day... that being said I see people there all the time wearing pants/jeans and long sleeve shirts in weather where I would be only comfortable in shorts and a short sleeve t-shirt...

Many thanks Tangfj, that's help.
I love the look of the IH shirts but mostly i can't wearing it, the climate is too hot in South East Asia.
When I saw this shirt thought it will be cool enough to wearing it in South East Asia, it look more breathable and lightweight. but I am not sure to wearing it on daily basis since the temperature here is about 30' Celcius to 32' Celcius .
With the most IH shirts price range it such a waste not to wear it quite often. That's why some time I hold my self not to purchase the shirts. -
I'd have a look at the 197 or 198, if I were you, @aijn17. I have the light 197, and it's very breathable.

Got the shirt yesterday. It's awesome! Many thanks to Adam, whose make it smooth transaction.
So many cool factors in this shirt. So cool because of it looking and cooler because it's not too hot to wear in hot climate. The fabric is warm but it's light and the waffle vent let the air flow inside the body. A few wash will remove the shirt wax and it will tame the warmest of the fabric same as i did with my IHSH-170 and IHSH-154. Just follow the instructions inside the shirts, you will get all seasons shirts. Thinking of to get another one ::) -
Seriously one of the best fitting shirts I own!

I would absolutely LOVE to have the white one. The cut on these was kinda short, which I think looks super cool with the fabric and the way it drapes. I honestly have never even seen someone wear the white one!

I’ll reiterate - this is perhaps the best fitting work shirt I’ve ever worn. Short, boxy, trim and perfect sleeves.

Now you have.

@Appfaff I have this shirt in white, black and maybe 2 indigo's. One of my favorites. Mainly due to my wide shoulders, I tuck shirts in otherwise they look like tents.
