IHTB-MOROLV - The Bootery/Wesco® - 10" Morrison - Olive Burlap
-
I have a pair of Iron Rangers in 11 but they’re quite large, definitely could’ve sized down to 10.5. But I understand IR’s run larger than other RW boots right?
I take US10.5D or E in the Motor Patrol toe (dependant on leather type). I've had a pair of RW Moc toes in US10.5 and could have/should have sized down. I don't know if Iron Ranger's run even bigger than RW otherwise. This suggests 10.5 may be the way to go. But again, someone else may be able to help you more than I. One good idea would be to cross post your question on the Wesco thread. You'll cast a wider net than just posting here.
Btw, I've gone for 10.5D in these Morrison even though they should be slightly slimmer than the MP's, as the burlap is a lighter Wesco leather and does stretch a bit.
I’ll do that, thanks a lot for the insight!

That’s a yes!!
Figured that out after.

Can anyone compare the sizing with RW Pecos? I have a 7,5 in Pecos…Really considering These... :-\

@Appfaff is possibly the go to guy here (as he so often is otherwise). I believe he’s owned both Pecos and Wesco pull-ons.

The RW pecks ran short and slim - I wore a 9.5E in them and they were still kinda snug. I had the Morrison’s in 9.5E, and the fit was more comfortable and could be worn with thick socks.
Hope that helps. If your Pecks fit perfectly, I would either get the size size knowing they will be slightly looser, or drop one width size (ie 7.5e in pecos, 7.5d in morrisons)

Thanks a lot for the quick help, guys. Now the Picture gets clearer. My RW Pecos in E are already on the narrow side with thinner socks.
As I would like to also wear the Wescos with thicker socks, the available D width could maybe too small…decisions, decisons... -
@neph93 Damn son…. just....Damn. ️

The Olive burlap foot patrols always piqued my interest, because the color is gorgeous.
I love the colour of the burlap, not least with the brown mids. I like the extra lift in the heel and the pull up straps too. I was sceptical about the western toe (which turned out to be comfy af and even better fitting than the MP toe). I also prefer double mids. But at the reduced price I couldn’t resist and I’m really happy I went for them.

You’re making me blush [emoji1] Also that’s the best use of the green dragon emoji ever. No one can ever use it again, it won’t be this cool.

A double sole Foot Patrol would be beastly…..
But, I'll stop dreaming for now. I haven't even revived my first pair yet, lol. I think there's a saying about carts and horses, or chickens and eggs.....
Don’t put your horses in front of your eggs until you’ve counted your carts? Something like that.
Double mids on Foot Patrols should be a thing. @Alex has got a pair of Packers on double mids that I love.

As I've said before, I do love a good pair of green boots, and those are damn nice.
EDIT: Dammit, neph, there are a couple of pairs of olive Boss boots in my size in the Wesco discount section. It's your fault I'm even looking in there…
