Looking good in the xx-012’s @Max Power ! Love the texture & deep indigo on these.
-
Thank you all. I really love the structure and the fit - it's just so hot I will have to wait a bit until I wear them.

This 18oz AizoM AI is beautiful !!
Love the fabric and fit , the fit is similar to IH 777 but a slightly higher rise . Plus I love the raw fabric. Just gave a soak and hung dry!!The fabric is so amazing In person , never seen any fabric like this !!
I ended up getting PBJ 6084 , 18oz “rain “ denim jacket as well from Vater & sohn. 6084 has same fabric as A1. the guys at V&S are awesome and helpful. The jacket is on its way to the US

I picked up a pair of PBJ XX 0019 BB Relaxed taper the other day.
I don't think I would really class them as relaxed but the top block is pretty comfortable just the knee is tight.
-
I ve got two of them. One in black tts and one in blue which i sized up. The first is tight in top block but has some room in upper thigh the second is relaxed in all measurements.
Enjoy it @spitfiredealer!
Enjoy ya addiction!!!!!
-
Yeah these a tts, they are pretty dam soft and comfortable even though they are tight

While I don't have that specific model, I do have 2 pairs with the same cut and 18oz denim( AI-003, PBO-001). It's a great character denim. I love the texture of all my PBJ denims. But, the heavier gauge yarns of the 18oz really bring out the slub. They are an excellent alternative to IH. They're an entirely different animal. You'll certainly notice the difference, when you get your hands on them. They are by no means over-engineered, like IH. But, I have generally found PBJ to have well above average craftsmanship. You've made a wise choice, IMO. Enjoy !
I've been wanting to nab a pair of the 22oz version of XX-013. But, I've got a few items to get rid of, first. I've been anxious to find how much difference the extra 4oz makes. The 18oz will certainly remain my favorite denim of any brand, for now, though.

Thanks @scooter ik looking forward to them. I handled a pair at of PBJ at def edge a month or two ago but I don’t remember the model. They were nice though. And coarse
-
I have the 22oz XX-013 but have been curious about the 18oz version. I recall someone telling me that the 18oz was the slubbier of the two. I haven’t figured out a justification for having both. Yet.
I’ve only got about 60-ish wears on these but they’re definitely my favourite jeans, even over my IH and Momotaros. I have the purple face XX-014 also, but that’s a whole other thing…

Thanks bro. Those look great.

Just got my 013 in the mail. They fit great and are very nice. My quick impression is they are very very soft for and 18oz denim and surprisingly cool as opposed to warm. I suppose that’s from the loose weave. I will enjoy these this summer. I like the slubby yarn. Pics soon
