I'm sure this has been addressed before, but I can't find any info on it. What is the correspondence between number and letter sizes on jackets? Is a "40" a Large or Medium, for example?

34 - XS
36 - S
38 - M
40 - L
42 - XL

I've lost some weight and my current pair's become a bit loose, especially wast and thigh. Is there any other way to know my size based on my body measurements?
I'm wearing the 666S 21, size 34. I see the current waist is wider than my waist about 0.7 - 0.9"
My next pair which I'm aiming to is 634S-19L-V2.Thanks guys!

Hi
Alternatively you can measure your pair of 666S-21 tag 34 and we can use these measurements as a starting point based on them being slightly too loose.
Once you have your measurements, you can view our guide measurement chart on the product page (https://www.ironheart.co.uk/bottoms/ih-634s-19l-v2.html) to determine the which tag size will be the best for you. Please include any specific dimensions you are looking for in your order notes and we can look for the most suitable pair.
Please let me know if you need any further help!

I hope this is not too foolish a query…
When an IH jacket, like the IH-526PJ, for example, is listed by other retailers their measurements are obviously quite different. I've come to rely on your measurements and feel confident from your charts. I'm far less confident with the other retailers. (Here's the foolish part –->) Can we just use your measures to understand the same product? When we're sure it's the same? The contrasting measurements (even when the methods are described as the same) are keeping me up at night. -
@Giles or any other IHUK staff…. Is the waist pulled as tight as possible when you guys take the measurement? I have watched the video and searched the forum to try and find the answer to no avail

@BD81 ,take a look at the video below

There you’ll see that they are not pulled tight, only flattened and smoothed out.

Ok.Thanks @motojobobo . So a 34 would actually be 35 or so the way i was measuring.

I have a question rw shirt sizing, I recently order a shirt in xxxxl, but the label in the shirt says SP Large, is this correct ? I've just measured the pit to pit and waist and it's smaller that the stated size on the info section for the specific shirt. Thanks.
No idea about the SP Large. Someone from IHUK will be able to tell you. What I can say is that there is often variation in measurements between items of the same size. The measurements on the tables are aggregate of a selection of shirts, so some will be smaller or bigger. What kind of difference are we talking about? 1-2cm?

Hello dear team, I’m little bit confused with measurings provided via table, I’d like to purchase your Ultra Heavy Flannel Ombré Check Work Shirt - Navy/Black, but really don’t know what size to choose. Made my own measuring on other shirt, and I’m 46-47cm in shoulder, 64,5cm in sleeve, 48cm in waist and 52cm in ches, 175cm height, 62-63kg weight. Looking to table provided it’s like L(speaking of shoulders, where I think all shirts should fit first of all), but absolutely ALL my clothings are in S size. Could you kindly help me to understand what size to choose?
