Iron Heart Products - What do you think we should make?
-
@gaseousclay Yes, it probably wouldn't sell; however, I would buy it. That's good enough for me.
Honestly, though, I love the cord collars, too. I haven't been able to get one yet. Almost picked up the green whipcord one but was too late to that party. Hopefully, IH will come out with a new one at some point in 2019.

I really want to see a red chambray western again. I don't care if it's double or single yoke. I'm not picky
Definitely up for this, but prefer double yoke, if that's the feature at the front, like the 33, 62 etc.

Rerun in production….
Ahh, man… Just when I thought this year's Type III decision was going to be super easy.

Any possibility of running these in different colors? Black, Navy, Brown, Khaki….
The green whipcord type III is by far my most complimented item. Not that compliments are everything but they are always appreciated and worth noting. Nearly every time I have worn it I have received positive remarks on it.

I think Giles said they were thinking of doing this in navy awhile back

I would personally be down for a khaki whipcord type III with a brown cord collar [emoji106]

I think Navy, Khaki, and Black with a brown cord collar would all look great. I know this has been discussed before but it never hurts to bring it back up periodically.

Agreed. I really dig the green whipcord variant but will opt for a different color if it comes to light.

How bout a cotton or nylon webbing belt? Heavy brass or steel hardware. Or a cobra buckle. Folks could stud it with Good Art if they wanted.

I like that…
I've recently started wearing one of my old rigger's belts from when I was in the Army. The belt blends nicely with IH's work wear/biker gear aesthetic.

I've suggested a 1.5" wide fabric belt in the past. It would be cool to use the 21oz denim and wabash fabrics for that. The hardware could be something like the Patagonia Tech Web belt (https://www.patagonia.com/product/tech-web-belt/59193.html) or a metal clasp or even a couple of rings. Bronze would be nice (nicer than brass).

When I look at the IH range, I note that it's missing a denim work coat. I'm not in the market because I have one (at least as far as blue denim is concerned), but it would seem like an obvious possibility.
(I've seen pics online of a IH hickory stripe work coat, but it's a lot less versatile fabric than blue or black denim.)

Is a work coat the same as a chore coat? If so there have been a number of versions previously in assorted denim, blanket lined and in wabash. I think I’d be correct in saying sales have been “mixed” to the degree that @Giles might not be too geared up to repeat the exercise.
