@Max:
@Giles what's the jacket in your profile picture?
It is the sample of this: https://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=14173.0
Good to see you Flo, been a while. Hope you and the family are well.

Thanks @neph93 In fact it's been quite a trip (well it is for everyone I guess). We're fine, I will soon start a new job and am pretty exhausted from work and family stuff but it's all good!
I hope I find more time for the forums soon

No 14oz black/black denim in stock at the moment. So we going to do a run of indigo/black with tonal stitching whilst we wait for the black/black to be rewoven….
Thank you Giles.

What do y’all think of petitioning a change on that damn label? I mean, the label on the neck already contains the exact same information, so the exterior label is redundant at the very least, yes? And it essentially adds no value to the product, only cost. I take them off with a stitch ripper before the first soak after purchase. But, I would put my vote on either “nothing” or a “W” in its place. Save money in any way possible during Covid, right?!?

I will take that trade!!!
The TW-1300 has a screenprinted label and, at the time, I thought it was a sign of things to come. AND the company that did the screen print was Sarina’s, so keeping it in the fam. Why has the screen print not been implemented further? I mean, the way it is currently, you have to pay to make the clunky labels, pay to ship them to the factory, and then have them implemented into the sewing process on the neckline! Seems like one process is more efficient and beneficial than the other…

But there is also a label on the inside at the hemline. Why not remove everything else and make that the official label? Because screen print is not exactly a comfortable thing around you neck either. The screen print on my TW-1300 shows through the back of the shirt because the shirt is thinner and the paint is thick and opaque.

I’m label averse so I get rid of all IH labels if possible with a stitch ripper too. I’d vote to get rid of the outer labels first. Willing to put up with a scratchy inner label over visible outer ones, or preferably, move to unobtrusive inner ones.
