PSA : when planning your vacation, and the community says “bike friendly” - they don’t mean taking your beach cruisers onto the highway… speed limit is literally 55 once they turn left into the road... SMH

How's the quarantine going, @neph93 ?
Thanks for asking! This was me on Monday waiting in the car for my test:
Gotta say that I’m impressed with the way my local authority are tackling this. Very effective, very organised. There was an outbreak in both the high schools in my town connected to a Halloween party and a game of Bandy. It meant 300 people had to quarantine and be tested. It took the local authority two days to test everyone. Without having to do anything I was phoned up by the trace team, asked some questions and had the rules of quarantine explained, then given a date and time for my test. The test took two minutes and I was admitted at exactly the time I was told to meet. The result was available 20 hours later. It was negative too, so I’m happy. Back at work tomorrow [emoji1417]

Jupp… to be fair, the game of bandy was within the rules of what was allowed at that point. They tightened those rules nationally a day or two later.
As for the party it was in a grey area. Allowed as far as numbers are concerned (although again, not anymore), but as you say, humans are humans, so expecting a gang of 16-18 years olds to socially distance while at a party is like Canute expecting the tide to turn back at his royal decree.
