@Mustafa911 definitely a size down from shirts. I do L in these and could even go M for a slim fit. I'm XL in shirts.

Do you think the chest can stretch 1-1.5” . I am usually xxl. 22.5- 23” chest . I am considering large that has a chest 21.1”

They probably stretch an inch tbh. But two things to remember:
1. They go back to original size with a wash, and stretch out during the first hour or two of wear. So expect a tight fit when you put them on in the morning after they have been washed.
2. Watch the length, especially if you are planning on tucking or have a belly. The more you size down, the shorter they get.

I like!@JCMx800 sorry to quote a 5 year old post! I really like how this fits you, and think I’d also need an L to achieve something similar. Do you mind me asking your height and weight?
No problem!!!
I am 183cm and the L was really long to be honest. I think the next one should be a M or even S.
Quoted the quoted picture just for you @Seul -
Extra data appreciated @neph93 , I’m 6”1 so this helps! Looking forward to giving this top a go, I’m thinking it’ll be a versatile addition to my “minimalist” IH collection.
I'm not an adherent of minimalism in general and certainly not with regards to IH, but these are exceptionally comfortable, functional peices of clothing. Warm, well, made, tough but soft, they work great as sweaters or base layers. I have one of each colour and about five of the IHTL-1301's.

Safe to say I’m not an adherent out choice, but out of financial (and marital) necessity! Since I’ve discovered IH, I’m not really interested in buying anything else. If I wasn’t limited financially I would have an enormous collection
But since I am limited in what I can buy, I try to choose carefully and make sure the items I do get will be functional and see lots of use. -
I sized down to small once, and ended up thinking it was too tight, and short. The medium, I like, but large is where it’s at for comfort, IMO. I’m 6’1, 185lbs.

Great, I’m identical weight/height. I definitely don’t want this thing to be a skinny fit so a large sounds good to me also.
