IH-666S-18 - 18oz Vintage Selvedge Denim Slim Straight Cut Jeans - Indigo
-
Wore mine today. This denim is breathable enough for consistent wear throughout the year.
-
Thanks all for the replies. I'll keep sitting on the idea of picking up a pair until the restock.
Cheers!

Will the next run include size 35?
-
Can't wait for the restock…!

Was thinking about this 18oz for the warmer months. Would you say its fairly breathable? Or should i be looking into the 14oz stuff?

I remember it being very wearable in warmer weather.

Hey there @pillowPANTS
@neph93 is correct per usual, but I'll layer my take on:
They're fine in any weather, but 14oz would IMO be better for hot weather (I have the 14OD, so it may differ–I'd bet if anything slightly less breathable and tighter, so the indigo may press the advantage further). The 18oz is one of my favorite denims of all time though so if I had to get just one I would deal with the minor difference in climate between the two and have a solid all-season jean. The 14oz is also an outstanding denim. -

I wear the 22oz pronto jeans all the time but they are a lil too warm during the summer. Even on my bike i feel they are too much. My Strike Gold (current summer pair) need to go and be replaced.
Id rather just plain indigo then OD as i have a pair of SBG and they would look too similar -

I like The Strike Gold but man they are (deliberately, to be fair) NOT durable. Iron Heart has spoiled me. I am wearing my 5105 this summer after some repairs, alternating with the jeans of this thread. We had triple digits for several days and the 18oz was still wearable, but not really ideal. They do great in 80 degrees and start to be a bit hot for me 90s+

The wear on those looks incredible, @SKT . Thanks so much for sharing.

Can anyone tell us about the tag35 measurements? It’s gone from the tables!

Don’t think this was ever made in tag 35. Could be wrong though.

@spaniarddh Sorry about that. It will be updated within the next 5 minutes

No problem at all… tag36 a little bit smaller in the waist looks perfect to me.
