My progressively more indigo stained clinch engineers, a labor of love fore as they're very comfortable but not particularly easy to get on and off my right foot

I have been trying to find comfortable all rubber work boots for about fourteen years. I used to go for Muck boots but the neoprene leaks through (I often work in deep water. Sometimes chest high) most rubber boots are too snug on my calves so I fold them down.
These seem to be the best I have ever found.
They have athletic type support in them and are unlined but the composite toe is wide enough for my huge feet.
Truth be told I looked at them because of the color.

I just live with the shifter marking

Boss toe with shift protector.
Heavy and thick leather. Unconfortable but protective boots. -
Why are they uncomfortable @Pygmalion ?
Haha @scooter I didn't know something like this exists… -
The thickness of the leather makes them quite heavy. I.e. they are for riding, not for walking around. The second reason is even more subjective. I ride BMW GS, it has not much room down there which makes shifting a little difficult with stubborn boots. Boss toe with a extra patch makes the boot quite "high", clumsy, and one has to move the foot, ankle, quite much to get the boot under and above the lever.

…@scooter I love it!! I've never seen that before either!
...I love the shift protector on the Boss Toe also, but I didn't have it put on the Wesco's I custom ordered. :o
...I live with the shift mark...badge of honor.

As much as I like all the Wesco offerings from IHUK and would have preferred to shop there I can't seem to get any of the lasts to work with narrow feet but wide splaying toes that also stick up, both the jobmaster and the mp squeeze my toes either from the side or the top (I've tried so many other boots too: Yuketen, Viberg, Alden, Trickers, nothing ever seems to work with my weird feet. Still hoping to make a pair of Wesco work eventually though). So today went to Clutch Cafe to try White's having never given them a go and eyeing them up on East West and elsewhere for awhile. Was just wanting to try for size really but they had a sample pair that Whites had made special for Clutch, a semidress in a reddish rough out that happened to be in my size. These immediately felt comfortable, and after walking around in them for awhile it was clear. So now I've got a one of a kind pair. Tried and failed with so many boots before, hoping these work out. Just went for a half hour walk and no issues. Sunlight brings out a sort of salmony colour, but really they're a reddish brown waxy rough out that I think is going to look great with more wear. I've emailed Whites for more info.
