Canada actually! When I was trying to find my first pair of Iron hearts, I knew I wanted the 21oz and thought the cut would work best for me. But now after a few months wish I had opted for 888's instead. 25oz may happen sooner than anticipated

Hi all, myself Ananda. good to be here, been in the selvedge and Iron heart world for some time.. now staring a new journey with 25oz 666 and the forum.
Regards…

More. Canadians! Fantastic. 25oz after 21oz is standard procedure for a reason! Your in the right place for inspiration.
What about the 888 is attractive compared with the 633?

@jamesnffc wow… that is a find. I remember seeing those a while back. Can’t remember if they were Japanese made or a Gosport collab. @Giles will be able to give you the details.
As for value, generally speaking IH gear doesn’t accrue value on the resale market with the exception of some shirts. That being said, I’d guess it is rare enough and novel enough to generate some interest from fans of the brand.
Also, welcome!

It's not a tool roll. it is a watch roll. I think we made a few as an experiment. I have one and I know Haraki has one. No idea how many we made and no idea if we actually sold any, I suspect if we did, it was super-cheap. There is no historical precedent, so it's worth what you can get for it….

thanks for the infomation I suppose if it is a watch roll I will be keeping it and not selling it on.
It would make sense as it did come to me with some good watches in at work -

Howdy folks! I'm new to the board but not to Iron Heart. I got into raw denim around 2009 and bought my first and only pair of Iron Hearts (so far), the 8301s, in 2015. I lift weights regularly so unfortunately my jeans are constantly rotating out due to fit issues and I had to move the 8301s after about a year.
I found the forum recently while searching for the 20th Anniversary shirt which thankfully I found and it's my first (and certainly not last) UHF. After talking to the folks at Self Edge SF and getting the rundown on current fits, I'm waiting patiently for a restock of the IH-888S-21od so I can get back into some Iron Heart denim!

Thank you! I appreciate the recommendation as the 1955 was not on my radar but I'll keep an eye out!

Hi fellow Iron Hearts. I'm new to the group and a true novice in denim world. I live in Bend, OR and work medicine (G.I., yes get your colonoscopy), have a gorgeous labrador retriever, ride a BMW R1200 GSA, and my fun hobby is also my main mode of exercise…. cycling.
Breaking in my new pair of IH 666S and have one of those sweet western Wabash shirts in transit.
Considering: trucker jacket, 777's in 14oz and maybe.... a pair of the 1955's assuming I don't skip leg day too often.
Thanks for providing this forum.

Thanks for providing this forum.
Thanks for joining and for the great intro. May I ask, why the Telemark reference?
-
Very nice intro @TelemarkTumalo
Feel free to share pics of your retriever, GSA and bicycles whenever you’re up to it. Text only won’t cut it!

Pics or it didn't happen, right?
OPEN UPPER - and they said… let's build one bike that can go just about anywhere.
