Can vouch for dark arts coffee, I think it’s delicious and their 1kg bags feel pretty reasonably priced. I also have that shirt @bryaneidins70  I really like their merch.

Coffee at Tylersport.

This is a The Barn brazilian single. Taste is great but I don’t get any noteworthy crema with single roasts… any idea/advice?

Had to give my wife one of her Xmas presents early, as we were entertaining for Hattie’s second birthday and needed more coffee production volume than my Kalita provides.

This Ratio Six is an excellent machine. Almost as good as a meticulously poured Kalita cup and I haven’t played around with grind size yet. I love that it has a stainless steel shower head shaped drip so that blooming and brewing have more uniform distribution of the water. It takes my Kalita 185 filters fine, which is a bonus. And the thing is built very well with a great carafe.
