Be aware that US washing machines often only have "cold wash" and "warm wash" settings. 30C on European wahing machines is the same as a US cold wash. Warm wash is 50-60C. If you wash on 30C with low spin and air dry you will see only a little shrinkage, if any. A 60C wash or a machine dry will give you meaningful shrinkage.

If you are concerned about shrinkage then stretching the shirt at the seams and placket, as well as across the shoulders, while the shirt is still wet, will mitigate most of any shrinkage that may occur with a 30C wash.

Thing is, I would be in love with this one too if I had it.
I can only hope for some of the new purple goodness that was hinted at in Japan for 2021.
