This was always on my list. It’s a vest right… However with the new house renovation and two mortgages I’m not buying so much, and I already have countless black vests, plus one vest made of the same material so I figured I’s leave it be. @Appfaff,  your pic has brought all the need back. May need to hustle a bit to get some dollars ready for the restock.

Correct good sir! It's not "slim" fitting, but the length is bang on. It does work over a Tshirt though. If you are feeling like sizing down, do so with confidence and the fabric being sweat fabric does have great mobility.
