IHM-35-BLK - Whipcord N1 Deck Jacket - Black

The classic N1 deck jacket was first produced for the US Navy in the early 1940s. Much copied since then, it has become a true style icon in its own right. The Iron Heart version remains pretty true to the original jackets on the basis that "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". The one major, but unseen, change we have made is to add an additional interlining to increase wind resistance. A truly warm and great-looking winter jacket. For this years rendition we have added the interlining to the collar and tweaked the pocket placement very slightly.

So these appear to be about 1” difference in these from last years correct?
I was gonna size down but it looks like large measurements are close to last year’s medium

I noticed the same thing. This year’s large looks a bit bigger in the shoulders and longer in length than last year’s medium, but similar chest/waist.

Last years large was just a bit too big for me. So I have been after a medium most the year.

But this years measurements for large are close to last year’s medium.
