IHSH-295-IB - 14oz Selvedge Denim Western Shirt - Indigo/Black
-
@Crispy Heron I don’t know this for sure, but I would think that the IHSH-295-IB are cut from the same pattern as the 33s. Maybe someone can confirm this,as it’s never been officially said, and they’re not called 33/IB.

All helpful - thanks. I too own the IHSH-33 and find that it is quite stubborn when it comes to fading. I was hoping that the 295-IB may be better in that regard?

It’s crazy how this differs than the 12oz on the 33… I’ve been rocking both a lot lately and like them both and feel definitely different.
seeing a little evo which is cool! I’ve been loosing some weight so it definitely looks big on me.

I find myself becoming more and more enamored with the indigo black

If I could choose to keep only one IHSH, it would be this one without question.
@Pipeboss713 shirt looking good with that thermal underneath.

@Crispy Heron It isn’t just the weight. The 12oz denim used on the IHSH-33’s is made as shirting denim, relatively soft snd pliable. The 14oz is the same as that used on the 14oz jeans. It has the same double twisted yarn as the 21oz and is a lot more hardcore. In that respect this is closer to the 18oz CPO’s.
The cuts are pretty much the same on both the 295 and the 33’s.

That is really helpful - thanks. I am still undecided whether to pull the trigger on it but the recent photos and recommendations make it hard to resist….

@Crispy Heron this shirt is totally worth pulling the trigger, especially if you dig high contrast fades. It's thicc but it's also smooth and comfortable. I've slept in mine dozens of times on cold nights. Totally wearable!

Ah shucks…decisions, decisions! Perhaps it could be a Xmas present to myself?
