IHSH-312-IND - Indigo Ultra Heavy Flannel Work Shirt - Buffalo Check
-
This one got me, couldn’t pass up that indigo.

I will agree with others, this is a touch lighter and a different feel. But it’s amazing I really like it and think it makes a more wearable shirt. I think it can be pushed into 3 seasons.
This is my first UHF work shirt. Idk why I waited so long to get a work version.
I’ll try to get a picture later.

Just under one month of regular wear (every other or every third day) and one wash, and boy has the wash already improved the character of the fabric. It's very subtle, but the colour has ever so slightly been knocked off the very edges of the seams on the cuffs and placket, etc, giving it these very faint highlights. Can't find the right lighting to get it to show up on a picture, but I'm already loving the evo on this.
Hopefully it'll show up on camera after another wash or two.
I cold washed and hang dried as recommended, and the flannel just feels that little bit more dense and tightly woven for it. Very warm and cosy.

Decided to switch out the buttons for some 15mm ones as the button on the centre of my chest kept popping open. Went for some faux-silver ones, but mmm'd and ahhhh'd over some plain black ones before making my mind up. Glad I went for the silvers in the end.
I'm loving the shirt even more now that it's slightly more 'mine' than anyone else's. First time I've tried to do anything like this, so I am glad the pattern still lines up!

the color…the size....the buttons work really nice on the whole look.
Ive got the same UHF and you've got me thinking now. -

Ive got the same UHF and you've got me thinking now.Do share if you do anything to yours… I did wonder whether brass buttons would contrast nicely with the blue and brass has a lovely patina.
And I'd definitely recommend 15mm. Buttons feel like they are much more secure when done up.

Good call on the 15mm–-

Fantastic choice. I love IH work shirts but have always felt the buttons came up short paired with the quality of the garment. Too thin and small and cheap. I plan to upgrade all of mine someday!

Thanks. If you're in the UK I got the buttons from totallybuttons.com, which has a huge variety so you should be able to find something that suits every shirt.

Finally getting cool enough that I broke this out for the season. Excited to put some wear on it these coming months

Is this shirt slated for an eventual restock or was it a one-and-done seasonal release? Such a cool piece so I'm trying to figure out if I need to wait out a restock or look for it on the secondary market.

Also interested in a restock of this!

@Alex any way to sign up for restock notifications on items that are no longer listed online?
