Sorry @Deichvogt It is only Kentaurus in Germany who are stocking the Olive Drab Green. IH Hamburg just has the black.

@Deichvogt Kentaurus received them today. I'm pretty sure they'll ship it to you, but if not I can pick it up for you and send it over.

Will you be able to get any shrinkage out of this material with a hot wash and or hot dry similar to what you can typically get out of the UHFs?
Large is smaller in p2p and shoulders for almost every XL IH shirt I own, and I'm debating rolling the dice there or sizing up and hoping for shrinkage.

Doubtful. This from the product page:
«One washed so little if any shrinkage to be expected with careful washing»
Add to that, that now whipcord IH have made to date has shrunk with a hot wash/dry.
On the other hand, it won’t stretch either.
EDIT: I’ll add that these appear to come up a little small. Olly is modeling an XL and he normally models L.

That's what is also confusing to me. I just pulled the measurements from the IHSH-335-BLK thread where it was just posted that Olly wears an L, but the 5 of 7 measurements for the Large UHF are less than this XL Whipcord shirt. Shoulder and Chest are a full 1 inch smaller on the UHF.

Two things…
1. Length is key. The shirts are equal in length despite the difference in width. Olly is fairly tall and a shorter shirt would look naff. In addition, the shoulder/arm combined isn’t that different, meaning that despite the extra width you risk a tighter fit up top. This is important because of point two.
2. Whipcord is unforgiving stuff. Especially compared to UHF. It doesn’t stretch or relax, at all. You’d see button pull on this shirt a lit rasker than on a UHF.

Thats 's very kind of you @tody, thank you so much!
I got one in XXL from Blackways in Malmö already. Almost the same distance as Cologne.I got my usual UHF size..hope it will fit well

I am very interested to see how the measurements play out and to see some new owners post fit pics. The Size L appears to match most of my ideal measurements for my UHF shirts, but it is strange that Ollie is wearing XL and it looks perfect in that size vs his typical L.
-
I did notice in the recent UHF thread that there was a mistake in the original post that stated Ollie was wearing an XL, but it was confirmed that he was actually wearing a Large (as usual).
Perhaps one of the Iron Heart guys can confirm whether a similar mistake was made in this thread or if he is actually sizing up to the XL in this one? @Alex

This one is growing on me. Would love to hear how it feels as a fall/winter layer. It's lighter than the flannel but still pretty heavy and brushed, so I'm wondering if it will basically work like a flannel is my wardrobe
