cool for sure ! Think we're about the same size, I'm 5'10", 185lbs., waist 36", like my jeans hemmed to 34" but cuff

Make sure you get spare snaps if you order direct from IH. To hem it right they gotta move the snap to center it on the sleeve split.
And make sure you let the crew know that you will need all 4 parts of each snap, as the male part will need to be moved too. But also be aware that you will need special tools, or access to…..

Just bought this from a retailer. Shirt came with the Japanese price of $166. Not sure why you guys are charging double but seems a bit unfair and not cool. Kind of putting me off from the brand.

Because we have to import the stuff, ship at no cost to the end user, support a worldwide network of retailers, provide a decent level of customer service, offer a no quibble return policy etc etc etc. Doing international business is costly, take a look at how much Wesco cost in Japan compared to how much they cost in The USA. No one in the Iron Heart ecosystem makes unreasonable margins. In fact, our European business is so marginally profitable at the moment, it would not be a standalone business. Oh, and the USD is amazingly strong against a very weak Yen at the moment, it won't/can't stay like that….We are having to pay massively more for stock than we did only a year ago to support Haraki as their costs soar because of the weak Yen.
Would I prefer it if our international retail price was lower? You bet I would.

Thanks for responding. I totally understand the mark up. Shouldn’t have posted was just a WTH movement. I was stationed in Japan in the Navy and know Japanese clothing produced and sold there is a lot cheaper. I will continue to buy Iron Heart because of the quality and fit and excellent community. I happily buy the shirts at their current retail price but like you said would love to buy them at a cheaper price. I just found out about Iron Heart this year from Carl Murawski on YouTube. But have been into Japanese brands since high school. First pair of Japanese jeans were Evisu back in 2006 when I first got to Japan. Was the first thing I bought! Wish I knew about Iron Heart back then!
The shirt is great by the way. Wanted to wait until you guys released it on the site so I could have done the copper buttons but couldn’t wait want to wear it to my trip to Florida at the end of the month. I will be wearing this under my 293 OD. Good job.

Hi Guys.
Just had a notification on this re stock AJ.
Remember thinking previously that XL would likely be better for me when the item was restocked.
However now looking at the measurements I feel that an L would likely be OK.
Normally for previous items Ihave been near the dimensions for Graham and Olly when purchasing Shirts and Jackets.
Any suggestions anyone on which way to go here.
I think both may fit and have bought both L and XL in IH Shirts previously.
Cheers.
Mark

Agreed on the above.
I will say that these come up a little larger than other shirts and have a little stretch in them. In other words, both L and XL will likely work, but you should choose by the fit you want, and how you plan to wear it (layers etc).

I just received my new Kersey Western from the restock and it is absolutely amazing! I probably have uttered these words too often with each new IH piece, but this may actually be my favorite Iron Heart shirt. The fit in Size Large is spot on…feels like a custom. The fabric has a really unique hand with very textured ridges, but is exceptionally soft and has a slight stretch that enhances the comfort even more. I will post some pics shortly, but this one may just be the one IH shirt to rule them all!

Wait a year of wear and it will be amazing.
The way I am feeling about this shirt right now, I may just get 180 days of wear in the first year of ownership:)
