IH-555S-16 - 16oz Vintage Selvedge Super Slim Cut
-
I like the new completely sewn-in patch and its design. Much better than the almost Triple Works one on the 555N for example. But isn't that a bit of an overkill having 16 and 18 oz vintage denims which are almost identical? With the (dying) 17N in between?
Yes, we think so. The N does not sell too well, so is on it's way out. The 16oz, to me, feels more breathable than the 18oz. Not all about the fades

I find that the variance in a single ounce of fabric weight is quite noticeable in this weight range. Usually the case with anything, while the difference between 23oz and 21oz isn’t so obvious
Case in Point:
16oz weighs 114.25% of the 14oz
18oz weights 112.5% of the 16oz
19oz weighs 105% of the 18oz
21oz weighs 110.5% of the 19oz
23oz weights 109.5% of the 21ozJust stating that at the lower weights, a 2oz difference has a much more substantial difference in actual heft.
Another beautiful denim in a great cut [emoji16]

Nooooooooooooo where are all the smaller sizes

@Sam #smfpackscodeAlex how well do these stretch as it looks like am in between sizes??
-
Am usually at 37 in the waist so I should be able to slot into a tag 36 and stretch.

Can always look for the largest. We have a few pairs of all the main sizes

Man the measures on these are downright perfect

Wow, this is the first time 555 looks doable in my actual size. Good waist/thigh ratio. Hopefully an innovation in the cut?

I assume/hope these are fully sanforised?
