IH-555SG-IND - 21oz Serge Super Slim Cut Jeans - Indigo
-
@Sam what do yours look like now?
-
I'm curious how these will differ from the upcoming 14oz I/B.
I don't mean to be trite but they will be a different material, (these aren't denim, strictly speaking), a different weight and a different dyeing process. So the differences will be rather large I expect.

@babyknight He is out of office atm but I will get him to post images tomorrow!
-
brilliant, thanks @AdamJ

@babyknight Here you go… sorry for the delay. I've not been wearing them lately so they've not changed a great deal but hopefully this gives you some idea of their potential. I've also washed them more than i should so they're not the most contrasting of fades.

Hi @Sam thanks very much for posting! Great photos. Cool to see just how much they lighten up from their initial super saturated indigo state. Think that back pocket shows just how contrasty they can get… really nice.

Great jeans Sam !
Mine are evolving too
crappy pics, dirty… i used them for work ...great potential ! -
nice one @jules - have they been washed yet?
-
Thanks, not yet
-
Just snagged a pair of these via Mildblend's sale. Stoked.

Went for a ride on my motorcycle today even though it was 85 degrees, and I have to say they these are absolutely the most comfortable/breathable jeans I’ve ever worn in hot weather on a motorcycle. When you’re on a Harley and it’s 85 and you get stopped at a light it’s hot no matter what you have on,but once I got moving they were great. Might even have a little more give in them than the flagship 21OZ denim, which only added to their comfort on the bike. I know they were only made in the 555 cut,but if there’s any material left H should make himself a pair,in the Boss Cut. I really think he would enjoy wearing them while riding.

I'd agree that these are more forgiving than the 21oz 555s. I've just really started wearing mine now that the weather's finally gone something other than nuclear hot here, and man — they really are very comfortable. I'll try to post some pics once mine start actually doing something.

Do it! I was always super curious about these as they are the same fabric as the 21oz wabash, which. Have tow vests in and adore. They dropped at a time when the 555 was dead to (which it sort of still is, although I'm forever tempted), so it was never really on the cards.
