IHSH-240-BLK - Ultra Heavy Flannel Herringbone Work Shirt - Black
-
My opinion regarding the workshirts selling faster than the westerns for this one is that the solid flannels just look much better in a workshirt pattern than a western.
I think the simple rugged cut suits a solid colour too, although I'm also a huge fan of the work shirts in the other patterns as well, especially, buffalo check, and the classic check. I have a feeling the window pane checks coming later this Autumn are going to be killer in this cut.

Agree 100% on all that. The white and the blue check UHF's are must haves for me and more than likely in the workshirt cuts. Although the white western does look cool with the white snaps. The mustard is such a cool shirt as well but I'm not sure if I'll pull that one off. I'm half tempted to pick one up regardless and see how it looks on me.

Copped it the second it went live, from the top of a ladder. It appears that i didn't need to act so fast apparently xl and xxl are slow sellers. Im stoked to try this thing on and feel it in person.

Great stuff. I sincerely hope there are no xl’s left in a weeks time so I don’t have the temptation of trying one.
-
I went with a xxl because i thought they would go fast and i didn't want to waste time asking for specific measurements. Since there are 5 xl's right now, I'm going to try and find out if there is a large xl that may be a better fit.

Large would fit but i like my shit to fit a bit looser i also like to be able to wash and dry without worry. The smaller sizes go way too fast anyhow. Now i need to decide whether or not to pick the mustard work shirt up when it drops.

Instant BAMF status.

Man I waffled on this one and wish I didn't. @Giles do you think there will maybe be a restock on these, seeing that they were so popular?

Giles may be off the grid, going after big fish, so I'll answer on his behalf.
That is not how it works I'm afraid. If there a a few left in Japan (big if), I suspect they would have been brought over by now so I doubt there are any to restock. What you're asking for at is a remake, rather than a restock and that happens only very rarely. For example the red and black buffalo check was remade four times over about eight years before becoming a permanent item this autumn. Most UHF's sell like this and the small batch model is part of the game I'm afraid.
Your best bet is trying one of the retailers:

B&S will ship to the US from Berlin.

Looks like that's a no-go for me, then. B&S is out of size L, and the other euro sites don't seem to have online inventories or sites in English, so hard to really tell. Oh well! Thanks for the help though, y'all

Although it appears the Aussie site does have it…
