Most of yesterday’s morning was spent here. I had some work to do on the podcast. I also recorded a quick little blues tune for the intro music. Not much excitement. But that’s what today is for!

First up on the plate is season 2 of my podcast went live today. Albert and I were honored to interview country music singer Boo Ray. He played a part of “Four Letters in a Heart” live on our show too!

It’s also my birthday today! I’m 32 now and feel like I’m hitting my stride in life. I’ve got a lot of great things going on and I’m just so grateful for all of it. So I just wanted to thank all of the forum members for being amazing people and making Iron Heart products even better with this community

Here’s a shot of the 777VS. I’m excited to put some heavy wear on these. My 8301S are just too tight. These fit perfectly for my waist and top block now.

I’ll be seeing my parents tonight again for an early dinner. Not too much going on for the afternoon. Just enjoying a relaxing day to myself and getting ready to eat a big meal.

The birthday dinner. Actually in a restaurant too! Wild.

I never remember to take a photo before I eat. I get into and then remember. But yeah. Ribs again because I love them. Also had a margarita too.

Got some fun socks for a present. Totally needed them too. All my socks are old and boring so this will add a little spice in the mix.

As for today. I’m working from home. And then setting up some furniture. We got in the room divider and my wife got a new office chair since she was using mine. I’m curious to see how the new bed area will look all done up.

I took a road trip to NJ and Upstate NY last weekend for Matt’s birthday (guy in beanie and no jeans [emoji23])


Was way too hot to wear the jacket. I was sweating in all black




Took a nice nature stroll through the countryside of Hudson NY courtesy of my friend Albert (he’s also my podcast partner)



Just all in all a beautiful day. Having seen friends face to face made it such a refreshing weekend. I didn’t realize how much I needed it until I was driving home and felt great about life.

Three next day was Matt’s birthday. We had a ton of fun.

This is ribs, pizza, and dumplings. The meal of meals.

We played this for like 3 hours. It only supposed to take like 30-60 but we learned as we went along. I lost really bad
