looks great !
start beeing a sbg fan -
@Mizmazzle Awesome, did you get the 888s from the Filthy Gift thread?
You're gonna love the Lefty Trucker. It does fit extremely slim though, so size up if you're between sizes.
I'm 182cm and 81kg and you can see my fit pic on the product page. It fits like a glove but damnnn I couldn't have fit into an L (which is my normal IH size)

Hoping these will get a restock/rerun soon! Been calling my name lately and I can’t find a 34 anywhere
-
Lucky me , I have one on stock
-
Nice, dig that patch as well.
-
@Daniel-San have you been stashing these away? I ended up selling my 888s and found a pair of 666s at Snake Oil Provisions. They should hit the porch tomorrow!! My first pair of SBG and first pair of 666…quite psyched!!!
-
@Mizmazzle
yes , have more than enough in rotation at the moment. -
@Daniel-San this is the challenge of this obsession!! Any thoughts on when you’ll start them?
-
guess when it’s getting to warm for XHS .
at the moment I have a 777XHS and a 777xhs ib in my winter rotation and wear them in daily change . And 10 or more pairs when I want something different -
Anyone have any good sizing advice for these? do they shrink/stretch? I thought I was a 34, but comparing the size chart to the Oni's 622 I've been wearing is making me consider a 33 (and I found a 33 in stock). Am I going to regret the 33?
-
@gusg trust the measurement my man! Get em a bit snugger in the waist than your favorite older jeans. They will stretch some with wear.
I just got a new pair of these 666 SBGs in the mail today! All my jeans sit right at about 33” waist measurement. These new ones are 32.5” but I know they will stretch from .5 up to about a full inch with wear. My body seems to hit the 33” mark and holds there.
-
@T4920 hey brother! Curious about any shrinkage when you washed your SBGs?? Looks like you cuff so it may not matter to you, so much. I had mine hemmed about .5” longer than preferred length. Figure I should warm soak/ wash before starting the journey. But also don’t want to go overboard if you saw noticiable shrink.
-
@Mizmazzle I've washed twice at 30c. One with no spin, the second with low spin. They tightened up a little throughout, and maybe lost half an inch in the inseam? If you flick back a bit you can see them fresh out of the back, I was a little concerned about the length at the time, as I'm not a fan of stacking, but now I consider them perfect in every way.
-
@Mizmazzle be extra cautious with the wash, you'll see lots of instances of marbling in this thread, mine included..
As the conventional wisdom goes, turn inside out, soak, wash on low heat/cold with no spin, hang dry and keep them inside out until fully dry.
99% sure you know this already but wouldn't wanna risk not telling you!
Personally I wouldn't wash them to begin with, they'll soften up super fast and you might struggle to to get fade contrast (assuming that's the look you're going for ofc) if you don't make the most of the initial crispiness.

@Mizmazzle Sanforized and one washed - little to no shrinkage to be expected from the product description. It shouldn’t be a problem.
