WAKE UP AND COFFEE

One of my favorite „classic“ chocolatey roasts. Very forgiving, easy to dial in, everybody loves it.

@weftyarn oh man! Love my choco/nutty/toasty espressos. My daily driver is a Brazilian as well. Caffe Lusso Gran Miscela. Highly recommended. Enjoying mine now as we speak. Cappuccino with low heat pasteurized milk (as close to raw milk that you can get in stores here.)

@endo definitely! It was quite hard to find one in the UK. Really well engineered (unsurprisingly) - the grounds are supported on a fine porcelain double lattice and there’s a porcelain distributor plate above the brew chamber which generates a chaotic flow and stops you disrupting the grounds as you pour. I find it gives me a similar body to a cafetière but a brighter and cleaner cup.

@ARNC Gotta do some research on the Bayreuther Kanne I guess. Never heard of it.
That coffee sounds great btw. Love the design of the bag too.
@Autorotate Dang that looks good! I see single dosing bean jars in the back? I love trying out all sorts of roasts and varieties. There’s always the classics I reach for when I have guests or it just has to go quick though.

@weftyarn I had assumed they were better known in Germany. More info here if you want it: https://walkuere-porzellan.com/
