@Alex gotcha will make a note of that

Does anyone know if this is likely to be restocked anytime soon!?! Would love to make it my first Ih piece.

@bbbrnder Very doubtful as it was just released. You might be able to find one at one of the stockists listed Here
You can also fill in the restock notification on the product page in case anyone returns one back to IHUK.
@goosehd thanks for the insight! I did check the stock list but appears to be sold out all over. Figures.
I hadn’t thought of the return possibility, hopefully that works out!
-
@bbbrnder If you can get ahold of one it is honestly the single greatest shirt/jacket I have ever purchased in my life as far as the craftsmanship, fit, and look. I can’t tell you how many times I have been asked were I got it from and how can they get one. I will wear it till I die because it will outlive me!
-
Will this shrink if washed? I got an xxxl as was told it came up small, but it’s a little too big.
-
@deano1772 shrinkage info can be found it two places on every product page, in the bullet points, and on the size chart.
-
The XXXL I have chest size is 23.5"
-
Hey @deano1772
We often find that the reason that a customer is getting a p2p that much smaller than the posted size chart (an average of two pieces that may vary by a fraction of an inch) is that all the fabric is not flattened out where the body meets the sleeve and measure from farthest point to farthest point.
IF you wanted to fire some photos over to us shop@ironheart.co.uk it will be our pleasure to help you with sizing further.
-
That's okay, I'll live with it being a little larger.
So this fabric wont shrink any in the washing machine?
Best,
-
Shrinkage, unfortuneatly, is not an excat science but are approximated expectations are always based on 'regular / safe' washing and there can indeed be scope for shrinkage with extra heat and agitation which are the two factors that cause shrinkage. Aka temperature and spin so if you feel like you need some, increase the heat and spin for sure. Please also bear in mind that as the fabric is woven vertically, the majority of the shrinkage comes in the length and sleeve length so please make sure you can allow for the shrinkage to come in these two places the most first rather than just the chest / width.

A few evolution photos
-
Coming along nicely, I wish I could still wear mine but the temp is in the upper 90’s right now so I won’t be able to wear mine for at least 3 months when fall rolls around.
-
@hangn start to look good!! Very cool
-
Giving the 389 some much needed attention, now that it is depressed because of the big heavy 21oz brother making an appearance soon...
-
@Tobi It will still hold its own! Nice photo: it looks great on you out in the sun. I love this shirt! It’s almost the antithesis of the high contrast fading we look for, but it has a beauty all of its own. So soft…
-
Two months in. Fifty five wears (mostly under a jacket). I think this picture actually makes the fades look more prominent than they actually are, but nevertheless, it’s looking fairly nice so far. There’s even a bit of Dobby roping, which was unexpected. Love it!

@Mister_Brue looks amazing
