Just something you might wanna look at — I had a similar problem a few years ago and realized that the taps on my washer had been installed backwards, so washing on cold meant I was blasting stuff in pure hot water. Sounds preposterous, but based on my experience, worth a check.
Something I’ve checked and already confirmed isn’t the case. Shrinkage is partially due to agitation in some fabrics. So I think this may either be “hang dry” only. And if not that, then hand wash only is fine.

Here’s how my wife treats her 302
She wears the shit out of this shirt -
Next time I will just go straight to hang dry on this one. It was already a bit snugger than my other UHFs right out of the gate. Maybe because it’s a different maker than the others. But the good news is that if anyone has this shrink a bit, it only takes a little effort to recover. I know it might warp the pattern a little but you can’t tell with this.
Hang dry everything and you'll never have a shrinkage issue. The only thing I put in the dryer is socks.

Not strictly true, shrinkage is caused by the tensions that have built up in the spinning and weaving process that are then released when the fabric is lubricated and agitated. So a hot wash with agitation will cause shrinkage whether you drip dry or not.
Having said that, tumble drying is a big no no (moisture and stacks of agitation).
