Iron Heart Products - What do you think we should make?
-
I would love a turtle neck sweater
-
@goosehd yeah, they're the best!
-
@Daniel-San There used to be the IHTL-1702.

I bet if IH made hangers, they wouldn’t do this…
Iron Heart One- Crappy cheap hangers Nil.
-
@tody the IKEA hangers have worked perfectly for me so far too.

@tody I think just nice wood, strong, and maybe branded with Iron Heart (i mean heat branded like a cow, not just branded like a brand)
Would cedar be a good choice? Repels moths, but I don’t know if it might discolour clothes(?) More versatile if the metal hook swivels rather than being fixed imo.

@cityofdelusion Make it out of the existing sweats fabric, I'd happily buy one.
-
I would love some hangers were the end is wide.
even the Y2 hangers that look great are not really suitable for heavy leather jackets.
they are too thin and short , this causes creases y
I have a few plastic ones that work perfectly, they are long and wide enough . no creases but they are plastic, and that’s of course not so cool.
see the difference:
-
@Daniel-San Those wide hangers are awesome for anything leather or stretches easily. I have also see people use pool noodles to slide over the ends of hangers to prevent that from occurring.
-
@goosehd
so hard to find those wide ones
and almost always plastic.
the only wooden one I have is around 60 years old , maybe even older . -
@Alex An IH x Nakata Hanger collab would be awesome!
“The finest hangers in the world”.
We visited their showroom in Aoyama, and I must say I can’t argue.
@Daniel-San Incidentally, they have recently released hangers for leather jackets too.
-
@Mister_Brue Those are very nice!!! Great find
-
@goosehd They are imho, the best.
Mount Fuji hangers…
-
@Mister_Brue
they look awesome
are they only available in Japan? -
@Daniel-San There is a stockist in the UK (arterton.co.uk) that stocks shirt and suit hangers in various hues, but nothing like the range that is available in Japan. I’ve no idea if there are any other stockists worldwide.
