Story behind.
This is the underrated debut of a band, I only own this heavy played record.
When I started listening to music, I was at first totally into the second wave of ska.
This band was linked to this in the early 80’.
Got this through a trade for the blue Beatles album I had a spare, two years after its release.
It’s an Italian pressing, which was common at this time and totally abused over the decades now.The strangest appetizer I found digital.
45 R.P.M Side Four
Record Sessions started 1979 on a 8-tracks recording machine.
This new Electronic Ska/Reggae made a perfect start for all of this beautiful DUB that came thereafter … -
Cheers! Hope y’all have a great weekend.

Wonderful atmosphere and remarkable record.
Heard him once live as the opener for the Rolling Stones 94 and he blew us all away with his energy!

That’s awesome @Aetas I'm jealous you got to see him live. One of my favorites for sure.

This album was my introduction to Sonic Youth. To this day my favourite

Love the spirit of the Soleil Swirl, but soundwise I should have taken the black vinyl.
