@monday:
So this is the scoop
" As I talked about "headache caused by making real Wabash" on boss talk before, I have been working on how we can reduce indigo bleeding on our new wabash fabric and it seems like I can solve this soon. On photo from left, original wabash and some washed samples that we have been trying to treat in different ways. Colors and texture are changed from original wabash, but some of them came out even nicer than original. The indigo bleeding that we have been concerning can not stop completely, may be it shouldn't since it loses fun to have indigo dyed fabric, but we made it to bleed as much as we think it is acceptable. We still need some more tests, but I am good to go! Don't miss it! "
They can't release the wabash in raw or rinsed because the indigo bleed too much. It needs to be washed more until it won't bleed so much. Washed samples on the photo are; Bio wash, resin treated and resin and tinted. He said he would go either bio wash or resin + tinted.
