@flannel-slut To me, that's just marketing, and whatever works, companies do. It's same as other companies having reels posted of the journeys of sponsored people in their clothing at exotic locations. It's exposure / marketing. Plus, at $365, these were a relative bargain in the heavyweight denim world, allowing customization on the selvedge / button hole color / etc., plus the quality is surprisingly good.

@indigostiff not a knock on these practices/companies per se but more so to some of the “denimfluencers”. Wont call out any in particular (unless pursued maybe) where they do not disclose if this was purchased with their own money or not and have even specifically asked in their comments, if so, to no reply. Do not get me wrong, both companies haves turned my heads with some of their pieces but feel first hand testaments, such as yours, go a lot further in building a genuine rapport with their customer base

At 100 wears... 50 more till wash.

hello good! Have they softened a little over time? I just received mine and they are very rigid. I don't know if over time they will soften enough to be comfortable to wear. Sorry if there is something that is not understood well but I am using the translator
-
@Giobcn They have overall become more wearable - still not as much as the 25oz 666s, but overall wearable. They're fading at a faster rate than the 666s, too.
-
@indigostiff Thank you very much for the information!
-
@Giobcn You'll appreciate the stitching, too. I haven't had a single issue with mine in around 105 wears. They're tough!
-
@indigostiff It shows that they are very resistant! I had them in hot water for 1 hour but I haven't noticed any shrinkage.
-
@Giobcn they're like wearing a fire hose!
-
@indigostiff I agree with you!
