Today I made salmon tatakis with avocado and a soba noodle stir fry. I love salmon tataki and they're really easy to make: just mix red chili peppers, garlic, ginger and sesame oil in a food processor, put the pieces of salmon in a bowl and mix everything up. Let them marinate for about an hour and then quickly fry the pieces of salmon (max 10 seconds per side of every piece, they're supposed to be raw with just a bit of the surface cooked. Let them cool off for a bit, and cut them into pieces. Dip in soy sauce and enjoy!

sunday morning, omelets
knob of butter in the pan
2 eggs, splash skim milk, salt, pepper
(splash of hot sauce if desired)
later, smoked cheddar and 2 slices bacon
goal is an ever-so-slightly runny center
restaurant omelets are always overdone
one fold coming out of the pan, not twomy 3 year old has reasonably sophisticated taste
but still prefers hers on a heart shaped tinkerbell plate

Chicken filé (sliced) in coconut creamy sauce, basmati rice
take 600g of chicken filé, honeymarinated (breasts) and slice them
fry in hot pan, add abit currypowder
while rice is cooking pour 2 dl of "food"cream (that's not real cream from cow) and 2 dl of coconut cream in to the pan
slice 3-4 peach halves (in can in syrup) and toss them in, add little frozen corn
let stir for 10-15min.
currypowder salt and citronpepper to your taste. (this is supposed to be sweet)done, eat.
edit, yup, I bought whole kilo of chicken, so fried 3 breastfilés for next weeks lunch
