The 634S-B are my most comfy jeans. Period.
I will gladly grab a pair of the 888s-B when they launch to have a pair with a bit less bulk around the hem.

I just posted in the introductory forum about my 634S-B's. As previously stated, I'm an aircraft mechanic primarily working with sheet metal repairs, so I am always rolling around in aluminum drill shavings and aluminum dust all day from fabricating aircraft parts. The airplane I am working on now is a 26 year old Embraer 145 and I have spent the last month fabricating new brackets and such for severely corroded parts. These jeans have developed a smell that is so bad that I can't stand driving home smelling them so I threw them in the wash on the delicate cycle, (no spin dry, I pulled them out as soon as the wash was done) with some Woolite Dark. Does anybody know if the overdye and the honeycombs will stay intact with a wash on the delicate cycle? Anyway, here are some pre-wash photos I took.
Edit: I've had these and only worn them since early August 2017.

It's amazing to see the variance in color in different pairs on this thread. I am hoping mine turn more blue as they age, a month and half in and they are still very black, as expected. Haven't done a soak or wash yet and don't plan to for a while but wondering if washing speeds up overdye loss and blue color pop? In the mean time I'm just gonna wear the hell out of 'em!
I love the tarnished hardware too, especially the rivets, hard to get a good shot without macro lens but too cool!

I’ve washed mine twice and soaked ~1/2 times. The cool thin is if i hold up something blue to them they look black and verse visa. I therefore try to wear different colors and depending on the lighting they can look black or blue.
Neither of the washes or soaks yielded much if any color loss.

Tts or size down. The denim is very forgiving. Initially i thought i should have sized down due to stretch. But ive grown into em.

And can i have your permission to use as background pic?
-
Of course you can @mikebarhoot… do you want a high res version so it looks better?
And thanks guys Might experiment with a darker background next... "Jump to Photography and Camera Talk!" -
I decided to not wear these for work so have been mostly weekend warriors for nearly a year.
Tried to include different lights in the pics as they seem to change colour depending on the light.

Just ordered these in size 34… my true waist size is 36". I have the 633S from SE in a 34 but those measured at 35" at the waist band and have stretched out nicely... the 34's in this OD measure around 34" at the waist band... I'm assuming that the 34's will stretch out for me with wear?
