@Bigdog thanks! He is a broken coated Jack Russel Terrier and a great member of my family. And he is my personal fitness coach - I am averaging more than 10 km of walking per day for the last year and a half since we got him.

Us 4 (adults) are doing the 3 peaks challenge in September - the highest peaks of Scotland, England and wales within a 24 hour period, we had a small practice hike up Pen y Fan today with perfect weather. The 15kg weighted backpack made it harder than it could have been

@SKT it really is, I got this new one last week as the previous one was on my front and was agony on my back. This one is “comfortable” and she had a wail of a time, was even snoring at one point while I did all the work the first of many hikes with her

Had a date w/ my better half at our local sculpture park which had an installation of Narcissus Garden by Yayoi Kusama. I’m so psyched because it is the first time to my knowledge that her work had been to StL.
