Hikes In Denim

Oh yes. [emoji485] Malbec Wine was definitely the theme of the quarantine for me.
If the jeans are giving you some inspiration to find some fresh air and spark some creativity then they’re working their magic across the forum. As I told I friend this morning while texting a bit, I don’t think I would have woken up so early, drove to a park, or go on a long hike without the slubby denim giving me that motivation. So I will take your thanks, but definitely give Giles and Alex the credit for letting me run with this idea! I’m so thankful that I’ve got a little project to work on and enjoy this summer.
As for my wardrobe. This is for sure the last of the skinnies. I think I’m sizing up on all my next pairs of jeans. As much as the fades will be epic on this one, I definitely want a bit more range of motion to get a little crazier with the hikes and outdoor activities. And with losing all the not so wanted weight. That will make room for all the muscles in phase 2 of my master plan [emoji23] who knows where this will take me, but I’m fully committed to the 100 hikes. I can’t believe it’s already been 12 so far. I’m so glad to hear that you’re enjoying this journey!

I haven’t gone more than 30 minutes just yet. White’s Woods is a 5-10, Blue Spruce is 15, and Yellow Creek is about 30. Not bad for travel time. I’m very happy I don’t have to drive far, that would definitely spoil some of it for me. Along the way I do want to go to some destination hikes for fun. But I’m content with staying local for the ease of working this in with my job and family

@Fadez In your last 2 post there are some more invasive plants.
First is Multiforaflower rose in pic no. 5 in first post. It is very aggressive and takes over the forest floor. Second one is Oriental Bittersweet in pic no. 3 on second hike. It is the gray color vine that grows all over the trees covering them in vines. It is also very aggressive invasive plant. They both should be removed from the park. -
Thoroughly enjoying your trail pics @Fadez and wishing I had some of those around here.
