IHSH-299-PUR - Ultra Heavy Flannel Work Shirt - Classic Check - Purple
-
There was a heavily faded UHF from Kiya's Self Edge IG story I just tried to find. But it is gone. Like eventually everything will fade. But the shirts are quite colorfast. Just like the jeans, IH is stubborn to fade.

Top one was washed and worn countless times. Bottom was washed twice and only worn like 25 or less times.

It doesn't appear to being laying completely flat where you are measuring. It would be almost an inch wider of yourolled the back part behind the seam out. Look at the area to the left and to the right of the pockets.
-
It’s flat, if anything I stretched it out at the pits for measuring. It’s also much more snug around the pits and shoulder area than any previous work shirt.
@Filthy is referring to the circled areas. If you folded out where the side seam is tucked in towards the pit you’d get a different measurement.
I haven’t heard anyone else mention sizing issues at all, but take it up with the retailer you bought it from.

Looks about right. But you’ll find a definitive guide on how to measure the way they use to produce the website tables on the product page for this shirt on the Iron Heart website.
If it comes up smaller than the tables when you measure like that, then you may have a rogue shirt that has sewn up that way.

^^^^ I second this

I just want to briefly express my love for this shirt. That is all.

It is truly a thing of beauty. Mine arrived today. First wear day tomorrow with some FIT PICS to come.
@Roadfox what is the sitrep with yours. I’m afraid to say mine was an XL and meets the published dims.
-
I scored an XXL.
I asked for the smallest pit to pit and the crew sent me 23.6.
Slightly smaller than the published figures but definitely not wrong sized. It’s certainly IS a thing of beauty.
I’ll post some more photos next week because it’s going on holiday with me.

…harrumph. For the one in question…We should also keep in mind that these are UHF. So 23” or close on the outer feels tighter than a thinner shirt that has 23” dims. And sorry for the one in question, but my xl too is right on.
Pull that shirt out and tight and flat and I bet it’s close/right on. I’ve discussed with ih before (on a pair of 888s I had issue with) and it sounds like they do/often check outgoing as well.
I hope this worked out for all and if not, someone will love it from ya!
