@iammortalcombat NYD embarrassed us AGAIN last time they came to town, the night before Bruce Springsteen and the E Streed Band rocked the same venue. They went to the game as well.

@mclaincausey yeah man, great colorway. Details?

Cheers--this is the sax variant of the legendary IHSH-70 (https://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/topic/2074/ihsh-70-heavy-herringbone-flannel-western-red-grey-and-sax) ; I have all 3 colorways, thanks to this forum.

@mclaincausey stellar shirt!

Quick shot! Our eldest daughter had a very harsh ear infection.. also it’s freezin and snowing but IH keeps me warm
-
I didn’t realize what an addiction IH would be when I started walking down this road. It feels so good revisiting old friends that have been out of the rotation for a bit. I am so happy with the patina that is starting to develop on my jacket.

How is the little, @EdH ?
Thanks for asking! Baby H is doing well, and getting fat. Seems to want feeding all the time, and up to 1.4x birth weight at 6 weeks old. I think she's going through a (painful, for us) developmental stage at the moment as she's becoming a much fussier sleeper. I'm getting used to living and working with copious amounts of caffeine coursing through my system.

... and everyone on this forum is an enabler.

@EdH sadly (or not) that is so true!!!
-
Nice @EdH ; we had tremendous luck with the Ferber method of sleep training, which basically uses graduated methods of engagement and avoids picking the baby up at all (well, most) costs. You have to be hardcore about it but it worked for us and a few friends.
-
@mclaincausey I think we're still a ways away from that. Mrs H read somewhere about a study suggesting that, in the long term, babies that co-sleep become better self-sleepers later, the hypothesis being their early experience of sleeping is more comfortable so that when they are the age where they are able to go the whole night, they are less likely to become unsettled.
Still, if she carries on like this then Ferber might win the day in this household!

We went with co-sleep ourselves which worked great for one of them…the other just about broke me. We couldn’t find anything that worked for about 18 months. Then one day everything got better…
She’s the best and worst of her mother and I. Wicked smart, fast, and stubborn as a mule. Only 7 and I can’t wait until she’s a teenager…
