my first ih shirt, this shirt is da-bomb!
i feel like a million bucks! -
Quinhan,
Wanted to sport the rolled up sleeve look like you. How in the world did you roll up your sleeves and wear them around elbows length?
When I try, it's to the point where it cuts circulation and after an a couple hours I've got deep red marks on my arms.
Rick Grimes wears a shirt like this in The Walking Dead season 3.
There's nothing like this material, so thick, tough, and still crunchy after many washes.

More 56 love in the house! When this khaki came up for a bargainous price in B&S, I just had to add it to the black I already own. This shirt in an L is just the perfect size for me…

Okay, so I know that these are one-washed – and are expected to have minimal, if any, shrinkage -- but has anyone tried to shrink one down a tad?
I picked up two 82s (http://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=4986.msg270887#msg270887) and they are ~.5 inch too big through the chest. I am floored by this fabric, though, and don't want to send them back. Pictures DO NOT do the Westpoint Cotton justice. I can't believe these went on sale. The only reason I can justify is sizing confusion because this fabric is sic!
Anyway, has anyone tried shrinking these down at all? I'm thinking a hot wash may get me where I need to be, but I'm reluctant to throw them in the machine if it just isn't possible (warping graphics worries me, also). Thank you in advance, my fellow IH fanatics.

Thank you, Q. I read through this entire thread and somehow missed MikeC's comment until you pointed it out.
Upon closer inspection, I have zero concerns about the graphics warping. I will probably try a hot wash on one when I get home from work tonight.
I'm pretty jealous of your trifecta pic in this thread now, too.
