IHJ-129-BRN - Japanese Horsehide Riders Jacket - Brown
-
@PJS You are welcome. Here is another article discussing leather grades: https://www.heddels.com/2014/06/overview-guide-leather-grades/
There is quite a bit of information to work through, but all are essential to understanding some of the terminology used.
-
@goosehd got it, like a tea core
-
THIS.IS.AMAZING.
It is a jacket out of this world - that horsehide is something else. Buttery soft right from the start. The colour is beautiful, I was a little hesitant to get a brown leather jacket first.
I think I nailed the fit with my (shirt size) XXL. Sleeve length is spot on, shoulders and chest, too. Waist feels a little restrictive when zipped up, but not too bad.

MINT

That jacket is incredible! Congrats
-
@tody ordered one as well during the sale (yet to arrive because I was 1 of the 100 who's order also included a hem job). I can only hope mine fits half as well as yours. fan-freaking-tastic
-
@flannel-slut …but are you the one who ordered 30 hem jobs?
-
@goosehd hahaha I truly wish I was
-
Hell yeah @tody that looks ace!
I know someone who may ask to try your jacket on in September
Brown is not Black right? -
Does it usually run the same as UHF size?
-
@PJS You can definitely use your UHF size as a starting point, however, depending on how you want this to wear (over a t-shirt, layered, etc.) and how you want it to fit, you should depend a bit more on the actual chest and shoulder measurements (keeping in mind that this is a trim fitting jacket).
