How We Make Denim

On last visit to Japan we managed to captured video from the Kuroki mill in Okayama.

From raw cotton yarns to final weave, we have now a video that offers an insight into each stage of production. With integral steps including spinning, rope-dying, rolling, weaving and sanforization.

Hope you find this as interesting as we still do, and how complex the creation of Japanese selvedge denim is!
