Iron Heart Products - What do you think we should make?
-
We have the pure white selvedge chambray workshirt hitting soon…....
oh boy…. here we go!
Hahaha…... I know this expression, how to tell mrs , why need another shirt, no?

Seems like lots of us carry knives so…
IH pocket knife.
Sterling silver pocket clip (could stamp a small Iron Heart into the clip like the bangle), heavy leather tassle (like the rider's jackets/duffels etc.)...
Just a thought.
Don't know much about collabs, but if they're working with Aero and Viberg and such, I'm sure they could find the best company for the job and get it done.Sterling silver won't have the tension to hold a knife in your pocket. It'll bend too easily
Chris Reeve doesn't do collabs with two exceptions, and those two are very special exceptions: Harsey and G&G Hawk
That being said, I can arrange to have the IronHeart logo engraved into a Sebenza handle, but we're looking at about $450-500 for a large sebenza, $400-450 for a small, and money would have to come up front because I don't have that kind of money to float
I actually came up with the idea for a special run of IH knives a year or two ago, but Giles and I never followed through with it
I'll pitch it at Giles again and see what he thinks

Count me in for one if this happens.

Stan, so true! I have a locker at work that I use to stash my stuff. I had my mister freedom mulholland master and 634s-b sitting in there for at least a couple months. Right now I have a pair of Alden snuff suede wingtip boots, two pairs of Vans, and a black John & Mary large carry-on bag.

I must say, with the abundance of iron heart materials and heavyweight goodness, I've been ever more interested in an iron heart duck jacket that would incorporate a bunch of it. Duck outer, heavy flannel lining or outside patches, even leather and denim details that would really make this one unique and winter ready jacket!
What do you guys think? I've got so many designs in mind, I get giddy just thinking of it

IHSH 26 in red chambray with black buttons would be awesome.

i think someone said thermal before. I know we're not gonna be in winter by the time production could feasibly happen but i can dream for winter '11/'12

I think he should make possibly a slim fitting (not TOO puffy) down winter jacket, cause I am in dire need of one.
Also, another thing that should be made is definitely a pair of shoes! Would love to see if that would ever happen.

This is not really an idea for a new product, but I didn't know where else I could ask this:
I am an xxl in Iron heart shirts, and although everything fits pretty good (cant close the top button…have pretty wide lats), it seems that the upper arm region of all the long sleeve IH shirts i've tried on is somewhat constricting. I guess i've got larger than average upper arms, and I'm wondering if there was any chance larger upper arms could be had?
